Steve Says...

Diana’s ability to connect with employees and leadership using her warm – but no-nonsense style – is magical. If you need a turn-around in your company culture, Diana can help you.

I recently brought my staff to attend one of Diana’s seminars: “Transforming Your Business through Civility, Communication & Character,” and I am glad I did! Diana does a wonderful job working with business leaders to equip them with the tools necessary to reduce turnover, increase productivity, and ensure a positive customer experience, all at negligible cost. Our business now uses Diana’s civility quotient, “Inspecting the Premises,” as a monthly reminder to watch for those small behaviors that have huge impacts on workplace civility. With businesses scrambling to hire and retain the best employees, I don’t know how competitive businesses can afford not to attend.
